Is parking available and how much does it cost?

Yes, we pride ourselves in striving to ensure our residents have a parking spot at this complex or sister properties. Parking passes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, and we send out a form about 3-6 weeks before the start of a semester where you can sign up for parking. Please refer to your contract for current costs.

How do I submit maintenance requests?

Submit requests through our resident portal 24/7. Urgent requests (no heat, water leak, fire, gas problems) are addressed ASAP through emergency services and our emergency maintenance contact. We aim to complete standard requests within 24 business hours. Our maintenance team is one of the best around! We look forward to serving you!

Can I have guests stay overnight?

Overnight guests are strongly discouraged so as to ensure we respect the space of your roommates, the common areas in your unit, and parking for other residents. Please see the "Guests" section of your contract.
